I remember back in my younger days I smoked 2 packs of Benson and Hedges in one day, put me off them for life [B&H that is, not cigarettes].

I don't want to call you a lightweight but I smoked AT least two packs of Basics in college most days (and also at night, apparently, I used to sit up bolt upright in the middle of the night, and smoke one, efficiently and safely, before going "Aahhh") and then returning to sleep.

While I don't "adore" the "heavy metals taste" of Basics, I'm pretty sure I could smoke one even today, without complaint.

I could be wrong, but I get stressed out enough I'd be up for a Basic. I smoked the English version of B&H but the US version is pretty much made up of the flosam and jetsam of the tobacco cutting room floor, I agree they're pretty terrible (potentially worse than basics.)

.. I don't want to call you a lightweight

LOL - 2-3 packs a day was pretty much my maximum, but this was invariably supplanted with copious amounts of decent Italian coffee and alcohol. Over the years, the cost of smoking in the UK has risen to exorbitant levels, if I was smoking that amount today it would cost me almost £1,000 a month! Compared to when I started, cigarettes are now ~ £10 a packet in comparison with £0.35.

As I weight under 65 Kg, I'll will gracefully accept your compliment ;) .

You definitely should follow the doctor's advice, but I do have a few questions due to my own curiosity:

Did you go to an Ear, Nose, & Throat specialist or your general practitioner? Would s/he refer you to an ENT?
Are you having these symptoms all of the time, off and on regardless of vaping, or only when you are vaping?
If only when vaping, does it start immediately or after a few puffs?

You say that it is only with the one e-liquid: is it the same e-liquid you have gotten before (flavor, pg:vg, etc?)
Are you using the same wattage/voltage with this particular e-liquid?

Sorry for all the questions- feel free to ignore them :).
No I just went to my GP. She checked my ears and just told me to watch my diet, caffeine use and cut back on vaping to see if it helps. because apparently these are triggers of Ménière’s. I’d rather her just refer me right away to a ENT specialist but i’ll wait a week and see what happens..
So far my left ear is bothering me the most.. I cut back from vaping a whole lot. But when I do vape it hasn’t bothered me that much. I was using this juice for awhile and I just remembered that i’d sneeze a lot while using it before these symptoms started.. Now my glands are noticeably sore and kinda swollen..
It was a new juice I had never tried before i’m not sure about the PG and VG because i rarely check that when purchasing vape juice. I usually get my vape at 45 or 50 Watts. I appreciate the questions!!

If you have had ringing in your ears your whole life, you weren't a smoker before vaping, stopping or vaping 0 nic (although in SOME ways, I could see the act of inhalation itself being kind of a trigger, so maybe do as your doc suggests and stop for a few days.) If it's allergy/sinus related I could see one flavor in particular being a problem.

BUT, given your condition PREDATED the vaping, while vaping MAY exacerbate it you really SHOULD see an ENT and get yourself diagnosed. Menier's disease runs in my husband's family, but it is treatable, you won't lose your hearing but what does become debilitating is the dizziness, the falls, etc. But the good news is there IS treatment now (better than before) and it may not be Menier's at all, it could be something totally unrelated and something environmental that may or may not include vaping.

Good luck, I think you really need the correct diagnosis and whatnot.

I’ve always had the ringing but it wasn’t as constant as it is now.. Like I know everyone has had it here and there every once in awhile but these past few weeks it got worse.. of course i’ve been to two concerts over the summer which obviously didn’t help much .. my left ear is the main issue, it feels full and kinda hurts like a ear infection but my doctor didn’t think it looked like anything. My left side glands are sore and bother me, i’m nauseous but i don’t get much of a spinning sensation like everyone with ménière’s describes it..

Unless you are really unfortunate, and have a feeling of ear pressure deep inside the ear, I doubt if it is Ménière’s. When any ailment pops up in the National Organisation for Rare Disorders, there is a good chance you don't have it. By saying that I'm not meaning to trivialise what Anna has said above, but I really concur with everyone here who has suggested you get checked out and a decent diagnosis.

On the positive side, one thing life has told me is that it is often the things we don't worry about that come and bite us, rather than the things we do.

HTH
My left ear just feels full like I have water in it and it is starting to bother me more and more.. kinda achy. and my glands are definitely swollen..

I'm quite concerned about what you just posted Kylie, especially with your other symptoms. Your body is trying to fight something off, which suggests either a bacterial or viral infection to me. The fact that your glands on the LHS and it is your left ear that is troubling you says something.

How loud was the music at the festival? You may have suffered acoustic damage, which has perforated your eardrum, and in turn you have a middle ear infection. All easily dealt with, and much less chronic than Ménière’s. Your GP should have picked that up though, and all of this is speculation.

Keep a check on your temperature and if you get feverish, have a discharge from your ear or hearing loss over the weekend, for goodness sake go to A and E.

If you are in the UK, if you are worried, I suggest you call 111. Lay it on with a trowel. Say you've been to your GP and things are getting worse, not better. Things should have improved by now, not getting worse. I'd also try and cut out the vaping over the next few days as a precaution to see if that helps. If nothing else, it eliminates a factor and you can then say to the doctor "Tried that, didn't help".

Take care of yourself.

I went to the doctor yesterday.. and they suggested I stop vaping to see if it helps.. I’ve seen posts where people have had issues with their ears while vaping /:
You have a problem not related to vaping or vaping exacerbates that problem of yours through dehydration or because of the nicotine. There is no other answer.

I pondered the "what is chain vaping" question overnight.

What I came up with would be my version of a chain vape:
When I have an urge to smoke, or am getting ready to walk into a building etc, I will puff on my device 2 or 3 times in a row. There are times I puff on it say, 8-10 times in a minute if the urge is real strong. Kinda like when a buddy loaned you their cigarette for a few drags and you "hot boxed" it.....

I vape like a cigarette. I can see where doing that direct lung would cause me to walk into a door from dizzyness or crash my vehicle from no vision from a fog filled cabin.
