PTJD(and BigJimW too)...Here you go!....First pic is a 5lb turkey breast..second The orion Cooker in action...and third is a 7lb pork shoulder. All were cooked within 2 1/2 hours using applewood chips for flavoring....I may post pics of the leftovers as there will be plenty! Not to shabby for "set it and forget it" cooking!:)The Wiz!(and I am sorry for the small pics...after six months here one would think I would know how to post attachments properly)

Just had to have another steak tonight.

And I lost a battery recently. :(

I guess 3 months in, only lost 2 atomizers and one battery, I guess I'm doing pretty good. ;)

BigJim, let me know when your out this way, will have to make you a meal sometime and sorry but I do not own a foreman grill!

You'll need to expand your culinary horizon.

Sumiyaki pork marinated in coconut milk infused with lime and cilantro.:D

Looks cool with all that ketchup squirted around like that. Now what website did you cull that image? :D

And I leave my George Foreman grill to Bubba Burgers. ;)

Oh...I am glad to see this thread back up to the today's posts again. It is fun. We all need a break from the serious stuff sometimes. This thread just makes me smile. I don't have anything to add at the moment, but I will think of something soon.

Thanks you guys (and Big Jim for starting it).:)
Join in the fun AGNES, some good hearted poking and ribbing!

Yes, we do need a break from all the dismal news. What was originally a thread of "Ol' Sparky" turned into a cooking war. Who could have figured? LOL

Here, eat this!

power_ramen.jpg

Eat this Ramen recipe and your ... will burn for days. :D

(no bottled salsa. That ..... was homemade)

BigJim, I can assure you there is no cooking war going on!
You on one hand brought a Microwave to a fight with me holding a Santoku knife!;)
Not all that fair!:D
