Riva 1100mah ego Battery

I recently purchased a Riva 1100mah ego battery. I was also given a smok Tech mega dual coil ego cartomizer, ohm unknown. The 1100mah battery does not hit as well as my T-Rex 650mah batteries . It lasts a very long time but just does not perform the way I expected. I thought the throat hit would be alot better. Does anybody have any ideas why this is happening? Any input is appreciated.

Measure the voltage of each battery. Higher voltage = more vapor.

riva's typically run at 3.7 volts,,hope that helps some

Thanks, But I have been unable to find my multimeter. From the big difference I think the T-Rex's are running at a pretty good amount of voltage more than the Riva.
