Yes, it should be fine with that batt. Whether or not you like that much power is another thing of course (too much for me, but dead on for many here). Keep it wet.
Actually, it's not all that much power: only about 5 watts on a 3.2V Riva ... and only 1.6 amps current (not excessive). And the Boge 2.0 on an eGo-type fat batt like the Riva is one of the most common configurations used by vapers today. [Although I prefer the smok Tech Dual coils.]
Even if it is a 3.7V "Special Edition" Riva, the power is 6.8 watts: squarely in the "sweet spot" zone for many vapers. The 1.85 amps current is a bit more demanding on the atomizer and mosfet, but not alarming.
