Are we correct that you have 3 pieces connected together - battery + atomizer + cartridge?

Does the atomizer get warm when you press the battery button? If not then check if it is screwed in until the contacts the center post of the battery. And make sure no liquid is anywhere in the battery threads including that circular valley between the center post and the threads. If the atty still does not get warm when the battery lights then contact your vendor. And try your other atomizer. If neither works then something else is the problem.

If the atomizer does get warm and you are not getting vapor, then that is a different issue so let us know.

confusing

Cartomizers do not use atomizers

You either use atomizer + cartridge aka cart
Or you use neither of those, and use a cartomizer aka carto which a one-piece combined cart and atomizer (thus the name)

You could try blowing out your atomizer - you may have just flooded it. When it is cool - take the atomizer off and blow into it hard while holding a tissue on the other side. That should clear out excess juice.

Also - just in case you ever see it. The atomizer bridge /\ has a whitish wick and it needs that wick to be able to use carts. That is not a loose piece of stuffing front the cart. SOmetimes a new vaper pulls it off because they think it doesn't below there or because they read something about de-wicking atomizers. De-wicked atomizers will not work with carts.

I'm a newb too and I had a similar issue with a USB passthrough I thought it was junk until I noticed the color of the metal on the screw connector was slightly different from the batteries I had. I used a q-tip and rubbing alcohol to gently clean it and discovered it was some residue (likely left over from the manufacturing process) that was keeping it from properly connecting with the atomizer.

Hope this helps!
