RM2 and coils

Any problem with drawing the coil as close to the pins as possible on an RM2? I'm not using micro coils, rather ugly coil made on 7/64" bit. Came out to 1.5 ohms.

I had to pull it in to make sure the coil wouldn't touch the cap and it's vaping fine. Heats up evenly and quickly. Using RxW for wick.

Any input would be appreciated if there is any problem with drawing the coil close.....

The only thing you might experience is a drop off in flavor and a ting more TH... That is about it.

Thank you. Just wanted to be sure I wasn't going to damage any insulators that might be on the post from the heat of the coil. At 1.5 ohms it doesn't get too hot. And this is the best coil wick combo I've used since my first Reo. Flavor is great, TH is actually less than I'm used to since I upped the ohms on the coil.

Sounds like your coil is still in the air flow because of it's larger diameter. So as long it's not touching anything and you like the vape it's all good.

RM2 but I'm going to do the same thing on my Cyclone (old version) AFC if I need to get the clearance.
