Is the ideal setup one where the airhole on RM2 hits the middle of your coil, not the top or not the bottom of the coil, the middle. i have O-ring between top and bottom of RM2 which raises the airhole higher than normal, so I elevated my coil so that when I stick pin through airhole it hits the middle of my micro coil. Any ideas? Thanks.

I usually try to have mine dead center, but some people prefer to raise or lower their coils. Changing the vertical placement will have much less of impact than if you were off with the horizontal placement.
I would play with it cuz I know some people here are opposite to what filthy is saying and I'm one of them lol

The higher the coil is in relation to the airhole the more TH you'll get. Like they say above, experimentation is key 
I noticed that on my RM2 the air hole is much closer to one of the posts than the other. Anyone else have this issue.
The air hole on both of mine line up with the juice hole. You can take a o-ring ( I used the one at the base of a protank) and put it at the bottom of your rm2 threads. That lined mine perfect with center coil.
