Your BFF- what ratio of PG:VG is she using? Some people have terrible sensitivity to PG. You want to stay hydrated esp. when sick and vaping.
She's tried mine. I'm 60/40 on the VG/PG. Higher PG kills me on the throat hit. Of course we both chain smoked ultralights for hours at a time.... so of course I don't like harsh. I'd drop the nic, but it's only 12mg to begin with.
So... met up with kcos, and I'm now in possession of Zen mini #0006. Got it home, took the new 18350 battery off the charger, prayed the only drip tip I own would fit (it does barely), and fired it up.
AND.... HARSH! kept getting misfires, inconsistent fires, just could not take the throat hit. Total frustration zone. Then decided I gotta do something about the button being stiff. Found pchela's nicely written faq page and proceeded to take the button apart. (Yes, newbie that doesn't fiddle taking something apart with a screw driver). Well.... once I got the magnets unstuck from each other took one small one out and put it back together, smoothness, consistent firing, and only slightly harsh and far fewer dry hits. Ahhh better. Decided to try another juice instead, syringed it out, flushed with water, filled all the way to the top with new juice.... accidentally pushing a little too hard and having juice come up through the wick hole. OMG, should I rinse it, dry it, wipe it? Wiped off around the tank but decided not to touch the wick.... and started vaping..........
AND... now I'm loving it. Still getting used to pinky or ring finger on the button instead of my thumb on my other pvs, but I'm pretty sure I could get used to this. LOL
