Side note to all: I'm assuming the best way to taste test new juices is with an atty. I've only got poor quality ones and just realized that is why I keep thinking I don't like any of my juices! Any suggestions on what I should get. Yes, of course I'd like a Z-atty but let's suggest things I can actually get my hands on and can afford - LOL!!!!

Not sure the xray was negative ....its been almost a month and the swelling is worse if anything. I am waiting on the bureaucratic red tape to clear so someone will approve an MRI on the ankle. Basically it looks like a 600 lb foot looks when you watch TLC or something at this point and the only shoe that fits it is one he doesent want me to wear. I am frustrated to say the least by "wear a sneaker or something with decent support" *Sigh*

When I lived in Rochester I worked 4 jobs - about 20hrs a day - I totally get the "I'd love to but I can't make it" angle!!!

Jo - Ace bandage that ankle in the morning before you get out of bed - it might hold off the swelling for a while . . . .

So any other suggestions for hangouts? I would love it to be a place I can actually hear you guys (and vape friendly of course!!!)

Just curious......do you have diabetes, vascular issues, arthritis, gout, kidney disease, heart disease, etc? Is it just inflamed or is there also edema? Pain, numb, warm, cool, stiffness, tingling, color changes, etc. Are the symptoms contained to just one area? This has been going on a month and your doctor still hasn't figured it out or helped??? Are you keeping it elevated as much as possible?

wow lots and lots of questions LOL, He did sorta diagnose it but I do not remember and if i did could not spell what it is. It is a condistion due to a bad bad sprain i had where the actual foot "wiggles" in the socket now of the joints. He used a fancy word for it ...I believe the MRI is to decide how much damage is in there due to this and what should be done I am not patient though.
