Ok local folks- I find myself in an interesting situation. New vape store opened up , I stopped in today to see what they had and chatted up the owner. He had an interesting proposition. Does anyone know if NYS has requirements (and what they are or how I would see them) for people making e juice to be sold in a store? (Not by the maker, but a store who buys the juice from the maker, then re sells. )

Exactly. I don't know anyone else selling eliq to a retailer in this state. The shops that sell make their own... I am in the beverage industry and am a bit shy of liability...
Zen and Illustrad_Man have some stuff at a Rochester shop. I know Zen's PM box is usually full, but maybe try I_M or even start a thread in General discussion or DIY forums about how ppl go about it? I have no personal experience or knowledge to share if you didn't guess that . . . . just brainstorming with ya J_fro

If I could retain my job and move to the midwest I'd be gone. Hell...I'd be happy anywhere I can mail-order a rifle and actually shoot the damned thing. I'd crap rainbows in a state where I can own a full auto and drive ATV's and dirt bikes without some ......... calling the cops. I seriously can't stand NY any more. This state sucks the life out of life.

It was that place on Sheridan. He has ego and 510 stick kits. Totally Wicked branded stuff. I was on a mission for 3.0 stainless 35 mm cartos yesterday. He did not have them. Then I went to the place in South Buffalo. They only had 3.0 dual coil long ones. I bought one. I also got two 510-510 connectors so I could use my ego stardusts on my provari- because now I have to order a pack or two cartos to get me through until the co op I bought into comes through.
The shops in Buffalo kill me sometimes. Everyone is so set on proprietary stuff. I find the place in South Buffalo to be the most "good natured" but it is such a hike, and then sometimes they don't understand exactly what I am looking for.

agreed, mate. i just got a handful of standard atties to use until my Z Atty Pro is built. i'd love to start using a tank but i HATE those dual coil battery killers.
argh. The 3.0 dual coil I bought yesterday - my buddy just brought it to me at work, as my punching rig was bought second hand and is just not working for me- filled an ACTv4 up with Boba's, syringed a bit into the carto itself, dripped some in to make sure I wouldn't get a burnt carto...
Soapy taste. I am seriously gonna have a vape rage melt down. MELT DOWN. The lack of locally available kit is frustrating the hell out of me right now. Unless I want to use a 901/kr808 or ego with atty and tank I am totally screwed.
I have a nice applebacco at home though, and an ego stardust with "cracker jack" diy ( I call it "the prize inside")but FRACK.
