I'm with you Salem, I find it so strange that after smoking for over 45 years, I do not like the taste of tobacco. My vapes are mostly the dessert variety with some fruit added in.
Randy, have you contacted CASSA about this? It seems like they may be able to offer some type of help/support? It would be worth a shot.

Actually I was wondering if the ACLU might be interested in this one. Long shot but it might be a source for help with the court costs.

I think you did the right thing posting this. One thing wrong with this country right now is people are not opening their mouths and taking actions to take back this country. Yell it to the world! We all stand behind you and if need be will fly there to fight it with you. It has been, in my opinion, the plan of this administration to destroy this country by destroying small business. We can NOT allow this to happen. Homeland Security????? Don't they have more important stuff to take care of like terrorists and illegals? I am sooooo ......!
Actually what I meant to say was go easiest route that makes money. I had one lawyer that would had gotten me 4 grand with him taking 1.8 of it. Fired him and got guy that charged 2.5 grand but I netted 8.8 grand and he did it 20 days faster than other guys estimate of 60 days.

It is obvious to me that the FDA planned these attacks to be under the radar so that these vendors would not be prepared by setting it all up before deeming regs are put into place.

I'm too waiting for the fourth of July to order as I'm about out of nic. I was excited to hear how close they are to me and now this... I can only pray that they'll weather this and all the others that may get similar visits. We need to band together and do what we can. Vaping gets attacked way too much to be idle.

I agree, Turbo. I am only a few hours away from RTS and get my orders next day. Even if they were in another country, I would not use any other nicotine except for RTS. This all makes me very sad.

Under the current circumstances, and problems, I am not expecting a sale this weekend. I would fully understand, and support the decision. I'm just hoping that this mess gets worked out for the best, for us all.
I am not expecting the anniversary sale to take place either after what has been said. Especially since once his current stock is depleted, there is no telling if or when he would be able to restock.
Not only that but, to show my support I am placing an order this weekend whether they have a sale or not. I am sure that RTS will be able to use every little bit of $ that they can get their hands on for legal fees
