Rude and Obnoxious Cloud Chasers in public places

I wasn't assaulted by any rude vapers today, but my pitbull ruined my bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch with his rude vapors.

I suggest that with so many new people joining the forum, it's hard for folks to come up with something that will actually be different and interesting. Gotta say something, right?
Anyway I liked the OP a lot. I've never encountered rude vapers of any sort (IRL).
