Was Posting Today To A Person That Got Shorted On A Kit Of 3 Carts...So I Replied This Had Happened To Me Too & That It Was Possible The Supplier May Have Took Some Out Of Thier Box For Another Order & Sent Kit To Them W/O Remembering This...The Supplier(Who's Thread This Was On) Piped Right In After My Reply & Said I Was Offensive & That He Didn't Run His Buisness Like That...Jeeeeze All I Was Doing Was Commenting That It Happened To Me & That I Called The Supplier & They Were Really Good About Making It Right & Sent Replacements Right Out To Me & That Maybe They Should Call Them!!Nobody Was Pointing Fingers--Boy Janty Take A Chill Pill!!!!

Well they're people too and have bad days like anyone else. I would get angry if I was trying to run a good business and kept hearing complaints from people. It's just to bad you were in the line of fire when he went off. I'm sure he sees the error of his ways, or hers if that is the case.

I wouldn't worry about it heck you want to see rude, read some of the political threads. Now they're rude. Don't let someone elses short sightedness give you a bad day. Most ECF members are wonderful, caring, helpful individuals and you were just trying to be helpful.

Sorry you had that bad experience with your honest reviews.

I have had my own businesses for 30+ years and I know there have been a few times when I know I came across as a bit cranky AND if given the opportunity, I would apologize and let them know that it was not about them.

There are some people in business, however, that need to have someone besides themselves dealing with customers on an on-going basis. We all have both forte's and challenges.

I appreciate your honesty and willingness to express your views...please continue and don't let one supplier's bad attitude change that.

Hey whiskey,I wouldn't take the flaming from the supplier personally. Every one has Bad Days....I just think you happened to Post at the wrong place and the wrong time....Although the Supplier still shouldn't have flamed at a Costumer or a Potential Costumer for that matter

It's easy to NOT buy from a supplier again! There are plenty out there who actually answer emails and conduct business in a professional way.

No need to take crap from a supplier - they are not doing YOU a favor.

I've noticed that some suppliers will immediately take any criticism (or even simple suggestions) as a personal attack and go into full flame mode. I think it's a good indicator of how they handle customer service. I find it best to simply avoid suppliers like that.
