Rules on Cleaning out Cartomizers

So what if I fill up a tank/cart and I hate the flavor and want to try another flavor.
Will the same tank/cart be ok to use?
How do I clean out the cart so that I don't get that old flavor?

Fairly hard to clean out juice from cartomizer. You can either boil them and let them dry for a couple of days or put in oven at low temp. Can also try the Taryn Spin. If you use the Taryn Spin make sure there's a condom on the end otherwise juice all over the place
