Why would I pour FROM anchor hocking glassware. Its what I mix in. Did you somehow miss the PILE of syringes in the pic above?
I'm not a "pretend expert"......I have lots of equipment, and pics for it all. Lets see your stuff.

WHOA! OK, let me take a SWAG here... you're mixing in your Mom & Dad's basement?!?!

My 'stuff' is a set of graduated cylinders (10/50/100ml), 1/3/5/10/20ml syringes (sans needles) and a civil attitude. Apparently, ego is not just a vaping batt!

I've never worn gloves for handling 10% nic......I don't mix near kids or pets. People recommending gloves for 4.8, 6, and 10% nic must be overly cautious. If you tend to make mistakes and get sloppy you shouldn't be making eliquids!

Most times when I drive, I never crash into things, yet I still put on my seatbelt.

Anchor Hocking glassware is used to pour copius amounts of pg and vg into. Its what I mix in.

I extract the finished and stirred eliquid FROM the Anchor Hocking glassware and dispense via syringe. Into 20, 30, 60 and 120 ml glass bottles......

Lets see your pics.

Are we talking percentage here or should this read 4,6,8, 10 mg?

Looks like you've accused me of mixing in a basement? Who has an "attitude'?

I can and will provide pics of my equipment and can type out a tutorial if you'd like.

I think 10% nic is 100 mg nic. That being the case, I think it is irresponsible to say people don't need to wear gloves with 100 mg nic. That is why I asked.

Well for the new mixer I'd recommend latex gloves I guess. I'm not new to this.

When I started making eliquids last summer I bought 48 mg nic, never wore gloves. Now I buy 60 or 100 mg and still don't wear gloves. I mix alone though......I know other mixers with experience that don't bother wearing latex...its fumbly and too hot.

10% nic can kill a small dog or cat. I can rub it into my arm though, no problem.

if it were 35-40% nic I'd begin to worry.

With all due respect, you must be either severely obese, have waaaay too much nic in your system, or I'm misinformed on the dangers of 100mg/ml nic. Hasn't there been people who got a few drops/tiny amount of 10% on their skin and had to go to the hospital? I don't see how you could just rub it all over your arm. Someone please enlighten me.

I remember reading on ECF, two people said they got a couple drops or more of 100mg/ml on them and they didn't stop what they were doing to wash it off. They said next time they would stop - I don't recall hospital, but they got sick.

I've got 100mg on my fingers and just wiped it off. I mean sure spilling it all over your hands would be bad, but I highly doubt a couple drops would make you sick if you are nicotine tolerant.

If there are 40 drops in a ml, one drop would be 2.5mg. That is about two cigarettes. BUT it's on your skin so bioavailibility is much lower and it is absorbed much slower than inhalation.

ah ok. I know from what I've read here that a drop won't be instant death for us, but that it CAN definately make you really sick. I read somewhere that someone went to the hospital just in case because their blood pressure was really high or something like that. Thanks for the insight you two, and don't take offense to my comment Red_Bird. :)
