I currently have orders placed with Ruyan Direct and EastMall. I have received notification from RD that it will be delayed. It is parts only, pass-throughs and end caps. EastMall is showing foreign acceptance, but then so is RD. I believe they are in two different provinces based on what the USPS says and that can make a difference too. RD has offered to refund, so all is well on that score. I guess we'll see what happens.

I just got off the phone with Wayne, and he says that packages loaded in a shipping container are randomly inspected, and should counterfeit merchandise such as clothes, handbags, etc. be found, the entire contents of the container is sent back to the shipper. He had 40 or so come back yesterday because of this.

What a nightmare! I have just become a supplier, and in 2 1/2 days at my retail store in Orlando, I need to order more carts and e-cigs.

I had a decent size order ship out on Monday morning from Central Trade (china). It was 15 kits, 20 attys, 20 batteries, 20 usb passthrus and 1.2kg of liquid... took minutes to leave and is on the way. Then again, it got shipped out of Hong Kong. last shippment from eastmall i got was shipped out of mainland china... I think thats where the problem is.. If your EMS # ends in CN you may have a problem, if it ends in HK i think youre safe. Just a guess but mine flew threw in an hour to leave to U.S...... FYI

Again, don't worry! Small packages will get through - they usually only stop big packages or if you list "liquid" or "vaporizer" or "e-cigarette" on the manifest!

Thanks for explaining! My order from the 4th was not affected. It should be here tomorrow. :D

Update:

First of 3 packages is now showing tracking info so it appears maybe my timing worked out better than I thought and my shipments were sent out just a little after some got refused or possibly caught up in a container with some faux purses, faux rolexes or whatever:

Your item was collected(City of Guangzhou) at 2009-06-09 21:07:00

Still has to make it out of China, but I am not really worried...

RD just shipped my other order from Sunday too and I just need to wait for the tracking info to start posting for that one (probably tomorrow). Also same for my Sunday order from eastmall....just need for tracking info to start posting.

I'll post back once they start clearing China, but it appears all should be o.k....

I ordered 12 bottles of RY4 and it showed up today. Ordered on the 6th. Dont know if it eases any fears, but I thought I would let you all know.

Yeah, not sure there is much fear over any of this, but it looks like all is fine..

Looks like I might be seeing my 'bling' e-cigar this week after all.

Ordered on the 6th and here on the 9th. Man, that was fast from China regardless.

Lol so I checked again cause I thought it was odd too. The order was actually placed on the 4th. MY mistake. Thanks for catching it :)
