Order# 100000269, Blue, fullsize. Ordered on Feb 6th at 10:20am.
Ordered a mini from vapinart on the 8th and it already shipped on Monday.

I got an email from Bridgid at ssvape. She said they were going to release a statement this morning regarding the problems.
Unreal!....I have friends walking in the stores and buying them and pre orders are not even getting filled. Apparently the clerks are saying they will get shipments in weekly for in store purchases. Fill preorders first!
Should be interesting to hear. I doubt it's good news.
Something similar to this situation happened a couple years ago on The Gear Page forums. It was for an overdrive pedal, for guitars, called the Aluminum Falcon 2. There was one retailer who had amassed a huge preorder list much to the chagrin of the mfr. Naturally, there isn't much either the mfr or the retailer can do but either issue refunds, or make customers wait for the build. Some guys wound up waiting well over a year for their AF2. Just an anecdote.

Don't shoot the messenger guys. Brigid is a nice gal and I think she's taking a lot of heat when she's probably just a bookkeeper. She was very helpful with my refund.
So here is a rundown of transaction #'s and dates ordered. I left of the leading 100000 since it is redundant for our purposes. It's sorted by date.

I am sure she is lovely. She didn't do anything at all. SSVape needs to handle pre-orders differently moving forward if they want to do this type of sale again. Starting with #1, open line of communication keeping people up to date and updating their website so that new purchasers have an understanding of when they might be receiving their device. #2, possibly creating a new way to take pre-orders without chargin people first. It is dangerous to take people's full payment in advance.
March hasn't ended yet but I think the likelihood of Order #1269 receiving their mod this month are slim to none.
I agree, and that's why I got a refund as soon as the 20th passed and pre orders were still open. When my gut tells me something is wrong, I follow it.
I guess my order is now just an insurance policy that I will get one eventually. My local shop will be stocking these soon and are not taking pre orders and will probably sell out of them in minutes.
If they are new to online sales, they probably just didn't realize the demand and supply disconnect. They need to shut down the pre-order on their site ASAP. I doubt this is a case of collecting funds maliciously, as these are al with credit cards, and CC companies will reverse charges if they even delay a refund.
I got an email from Hana. Basically saying SS Vape purchased more than enough to fulfill the preorder and will be shipping from March through April.
Do you mind posting a copy of that email from hana to this thread? I really wanna read it. pretty please????
Same here. Hana Modz says SS Vape have an appropriate amount on order, that they are shipping weekly to SS Vape, but that it may "be a while" before people newer to the list receive their mod.
I do not like these vague terms, like "a while"...I preordered because the site said release date is march! .
Agreed. If it said release date is June I would have laughed and clicked off the page. Post that email from Hana so we can all see it. Thanks
