Honestly, these posts should be made to their FB page. At least then SS Vapes would be able to see the concern and disappointment from those who've already paid good money for the Hana. It's good that we are tracking the status, though all it births is feedback from all involved with zero results and added frustrations.

Personally, I won't cancel my order as I'm sure I will receive it, and I've got plenty to keep me busy until then. I understand the frustrations, but venting here does nothing. We might as well be complaining to a rock.

If someone walked in and purchased theirs, that's awesome for them. I would've done the same thing. I don't understand their preorder procedures, but it's not like we couldn't get our $$ back.

I'm expecting mine in May, but if it comes sooner that's great!

Alright, I'm freaking mad enough for waiting more than a month with Ssvape, this just makes me feel pathetic for losing out the Hana slots on riversidevapors a month back also. You ordered on 19, while I ordered on the 5/6 feb. Thumbs down on Ssvape.

This is what I want an explanation from SS Vapes for.

I'll give 'em the benefit of the doubt, atm. Do we know these are hana modz v3s that are stocked in-store? Or might they be selling some older, on-hand, DNA20 versions to walk-ins and cold-callers?

I REALLY hope they aren't v3.

Hana emailed me telling me that the ones that were in stores were shipped from an earlier batch. FWIW

Coming from an earlier batch isn't a good answer in my opinion. It'd be different if credit cards weren't charged in advance. I also have no doubt that I'll receive mine, I just question whether I'm comfortable supporting a business that is still allocating stock to their retail stores and making their already paid customers wait even longer.

Its not about the wait, but rather the principle of the matter.

Both SS and Hana were informed, and linked here. It is this thread, along with emails and the FB posts which prompted that FB response. All while individual emails were dismissed with form copy/paste responses for weeks now.

The thread, hence ECF, is also what is bringing us together as a group in larger numbers every hour.

I'm sure if everyone who pre-ordered started giving a 1 star review rating on fb that would get there attention.. and expedite the process.. not that i'm suggesting this because I wouldn't want anyone to do this to me, but I really hope they would hurry up with the pre-orders! :(

It's not gonna expedite anything. They receive a limited quantity from hana and then they ship those out. If you don't wanna wait, cancel your order. They issue a prompt refund.

I, among others have emailed them the link to this site. and they acknowledged they have seen it. I also emailed hanamodz and they responded too. This thread is what triggered the response. Trust me, Facebook posts did nothing until this thread was created.

Oh I am in agreement that this thread would trigger a greater response. What I am referring to is the constant flaming. It was my understanding this was to track purchases/order numbers/overall transactions from SSV for the Hanav3, and even insight to shipping dates. THAT I am absolutely a fan of. Its just the complaining that gets old to read. Just as I could gladly unsubscribe, we could also cancel our orders and receive the cash back.

I called them as well. I was given an answer that was okay by me; I need nothing else. The money is tracked, and if I want it back all I have to do is "click". I don't care to try and tell someone how to run their business. Maybe it was their first preorder setup, maybe it wasn't? My point is, who cares? The only reason I want to continue to check this thread is to see "Hana v3 Received" notifications.

I get it though ;)

Maybe we could make a thread and call it "Thread for flaming SSV for not running their business to my standards".

I'm not paying attention to this thread as a running bi@#ch session. I pay attention to it to get data on who ordered what and when. This info will probably be helpful once they start shipping. Plus it helps while away the time with nice folks in the same boat. I am not angry since they posted an update to the status of the pre-orders.

This isn't related to the thread but does anyone know how the inside wiring of the hana modz v3 mini are like? is it clean wiring like how the full size ones are? if anyone could link me a pic of the insides that would be great.

If you search YT for the mini v3, you will find a vid from MAFMMX. I believe he shows the internals.

I'm not ranting for the sake of not getting my toy like a small kid, but all the merchants needs to know what is called first come first serve. I paid full amount which means it I have given the pirioty of only buying from Ssvape and forsakes other distributor. Yes, they deserve the respect of replying to their customers despite a large amount of questions thrown at them. But the cat is now out of the bag, an explain has to be given to us why a customer that PAID in full amount 2 weeks earlier before this customer CALLED and got his thing earlier than the guy who have already paid. If this was the case, SsVape you do not deserve the full 500$ I paid, worse still I'm still sitting here without my hana.
