It's not charliehall72's fault at all. If I lived near them I would have done the same thing. It is unfortunate they decided to take care of their retail establishments before taking care of those that already paid.
Alright, I'm freaking mad enough for waiting more than a month with Ssvape, this just makes me feel pathetic for losing out the Hana slots on riversidevapors a month back also. You ordered on 19, while I ordered on the 5/6 feb. Thumbs down on Ssvape.
Hana emailed me telling me that the ones that were in stores were shipped from an earlier batch. FWIWThis is what I want an explanation from SS Vapes for.
I'll give 'em the benefit of the doubt, atm. Do we know these are hana modz v3s that are stocked in-store? Or might they be selling some older, on-hand, DNA20 versions to walk-ins and cold-callers?
I REALLY hope they aren't v3.
Honestly, these posts should be made to their FB page. At least then SS Vapes would be able to see the concern and disappointment from those who've already paid good money for the Hana. It's good that we are tracking the status, though all it births is feedback from all involved with zero results and added frustrations.
Personally, I won't cancel my order as I'm sure I will receive it, and I've got plenty to keep me busy until then. I understand the frustrations, but venting here does nothing. We might as well be complaining to a rock.
If someone walked in and purchased theirs, that's awesome for them. I would've done the same thing. I don't understand their preorder procedures, but it's not like we couldn't get our $$ back.
I'm expecting mine in May, but if it comes sooner that's great!

Both SS and Hana were informed, and linked here. It is this thread, along with emails and the FB posts which prompted that FB response. All while individual emails were dismissed with form copy/paste responses for weeks now.
The thread, hence ECF, is also what is bringing us together as a group in larger numbers every hour.

I'm sure if everyone who pre-ordered started giving a 1 star review rating on fb that would get there attention.. and expedite the process.. not that i'm suggesting this because I wouldn't want anyone to do this to me, but I really hope they would hurry up with the pre-orders!![]()
It's not gonna expedite anything. They receive a limited quantity from hana and then they ship those out. If you don't wanna wait, cancel your order. They issue a prompt refund.

This isn't related to the thread but does anyone know how the inside wiring of the hana modz v3 mini are like? is it clean wiring like how the full size ones are? if anyone could link me a pic of the insides that would be great.
