Damn, thought I had you there for a minute. ;)

hey cant please everyone, like i said in the other post, i dare anyone to find a better carto non filler and dont bring the ce2 into this becuase the ce2 cant be backed to back without tilting or hitting a dryspot or some minor adjustments,...

not to stir the pot but i would like to point out that if you hold your pv up at an angle like you are used to doing with a ce2 the the sapphire stops wicking and goes dry. its just the other side of the coin you have to keep the coil below (or near to it) the juice to work properly.
i'm just sayin...
:vapor:

harmonic, do you mean when the sapphire is empty, becuase that doesnt happen here, you would need to hold it upside down and drag 5 times to dry it out, and i doubt anyone vapes with a sapphire upside down.

titlting your sapphire in a straight line does not remove the juice from the stem, im doing it now with water inside and it doesnt do that. the sapphire would need to be almost empty.

when i remove more then half then hold it like a cig i still have juice covering the stem unless i tilt it slightly more upwards then i would need to hold it like that and vape 5 times minimum to dry it out.

We are at 74 tested now with 3 refills in each, not once have we come up with any of the issues anyone here has come up with, not once, it hasnt happened. Other then making sure you have proper airflow .

easy big daddy - no i'm not saying i have any issues at all. i am just pointing out physics. you have to tip the ce2 because the juice going to the wick is farther away. IF you hold the sapphire tilted with the juice pooled away from the coil as it is in a ce2 then the same issue would arise.
as you just pointed out in real world use the atty is never above the juice long enough for this to happen except in certain situations IE vaping in bed
IMHO these things kick .... and I have even set aside my beloved dualies for now to puff on these ;)

but thank god im not a vapor ..... nor do i need 9volts to vape so the sapphire or any ce2 at 2.6 does me justice.
again my opinion of coarse.

merge the sapphire's seamless wicking and ease of filling with the ce2's performance and that would be epic. I love the ce2's performance but the dry spots really suck(and taste like .... lol) but I've gotten used to pretty much holding them upside down lol. I never got a dry spot with the sapphire and filling is a no brainer. Just wish they performed like the ce2's do

do you mean the amount of vapor. if so do you know what ohms your sapphires where at, becuase the intial batch was at 2.4 to 2.5 then we had it lowered to 2.2 , so those 2.2ohm sapphires might perform much better for you, we had them lower the ohms so they have more of a kick at 3.2 and 3.7, then we will have the 3.0 for the higher volt ranges.

at the same time I do agree, a proper ce2 at 2.4 can achieve the same or close to amount of vapor as high volt vaping and many people love just that and to that I say just keep watching for the bombshell.

Yea, I played around with it on my provari and 4volts gave the best of vapor and taste for me, after seeing the T2P vid I want to try one of those. Do you still have any left?

EDIT: I think it read 2.5ohms dont remember though and I left my sapphires at home today. Bombshell?! I like Bombshells

yes , go to the turbine 2 thread and the link is there where you can purchase them, only for ecf members.

yeah, that might be it, if yours where at 2.5, the newer ones are lower ohm and give out more vapor.

bombshells start monday.

do i need a 510 to 510 adapter for the T2P on a provari?

EDIT: sorry for derailing this thread
