Hey all. I've done a ton of research. I started with the 510, and I really like it. Hell, I'm off analogs and anything that can do that I'm all for!
I saw the SB reviews in my research and thought... that's a tad more than I'm ready to start with.
3 days in and I'm salivating for an SB. I still love my 510, but I'm already ready for a big boy mod!
There are some confusing things about mods, and I'm looking for answers for the SB specifically.
1 - I mostly drip with my 510. A whole 2-3 drops.
What is the best combo on the SB if I want to stay w/just dripping? Atty/Cart combo I'm referring to. The more drips the better. Lasts longer and less chance of burning up the attys.
2 - Does one style atty last longer in an HV mod than another? I've read I should have LOTS of attys around for any HV mod as they cook them fairly quickly.
3 - Sounds like I'll be using the 3.7v for on the go, due to ungodly batt times, and the 6v when I'm in one place. This impression is mostly due to learning the 2/3V batts will only get about 4 or 5 hrs of vaping. And that won't last a day on the road, for sure. When I'm on the road, my days are 6-14hrs. This sound about right?
4 - Will 5 or 6 hrs (overnight basically) be enough to get a full charge into the 3.7v? The 2/3vs?
5 - How many of you guys use the 6v in public? I'm not one to really care what others think, but in this case I want to do what I can to lesson the public misunderstanding of PVs. Not sure blowing insanely large amts of vapor in public is the way to go.
6 - Is there a 'sleeve' mod available when using 2/3v batts? I understand you have to unscrew & re-screw the SB occasionally due to a 'loose' batt connection because of their smaller size.
7 - Is there now, or is there a plan to be able to use the SB @ 5v? I keep reading that 5v is the 'sweet spot'? ( And even tho' I love gadgets, I have no intention of owning 67 billion different Pvs)
I'm sure there are more questions, but that's it for now.
Any help/guidance is greatly appreciated!
