I see vapers all over,
Recently at a cattle auction three of us were discussing & showing each other what we used not paying much attention to what we were there for.
The auctioneer knew we were there to buy specific lots we had our eyes on, when they came up he noticed we weren't bidding on them.
After several attempts to get our attention he stopped the auction proceedings called us all by name over the PA system and asked "are y'all here to play with your electronic smoking dildos or did y'all come to buy cattle."
The whole place went into an uproar of laughter and ribbing for a good 3 - 4 minutes.

ive only seen one, in boston airport, using a cigalike. i wasnt impressed...
but then last night i went to my first vape meet. now THAT was cool. 60-70ppl all with different mods and stuff, i was in heaven.

I have not spotted many of the elusive Vapor in the Wild till yesterday, when I had the good fortune to spy three guys at the wedding I was attending in St Pete, FL. Looked like egos, but I am untrained with ID'ing the smaller devices (i use a Prothingy, Zens, and an MVP). It was great to actually see other folks using what I have come to believe is a life changing product.
Too bad I also saw 15+ people analogging it, but half of them asked about my "hookah". And the spiel came out about TYJ, ECF, blah, blah.

I have a hard time remembering that not all vapers are vape-enthusiasts. Some of them, perhaps even most, plug away at their cig-alikes and their Blus in purely utilitarian fashion and care not a whit about ohms or vdrop or the comparative virtues of various wicking materials. I tried to strike up a vape-related conversation with another mom who was vaping on a Blu as we waited for our kids in the school parking lot. She rolled her eyes when I showed her my Sigelei #8 topped with an AGA-T2, said, "I'm really not that into it," and walked a few yards away from me. Totally hostile, but sorta funny.

Naw, this would have been late 90's I think, maybe early 00's. In the 80's I spent most of my time going to Metallica concerts and cutting school to do things I'm not gonna talk about here. Good times.
