No, not at all. The mod is fine.
Literally a grain of salt left on the table under the switch is all you need to fire it.

0.3mm throw! You've got one yeah? Fantastic mod but look at this

Hey Zutankhamun,

I know the throw is short, but looking at that photo, seems you should take it apart and make sure its not just a tad loose. It short, but that looks like the button is a bit low. It happens sometimes when the little tiny pin is not quite seated or you dont push the button up high enough when putting the screw on.

Thanks. I took it all apart after the event and it had nothing to do with the pin. Changing the delrin for the larger piece seems to have tightened things up though.
I did test my theory afterward though. Sure enough, a stray grain of salt did set this bad boy firing.
I think I'll just lock it from now on regardless of how tight.
