. Atmospheric pressure keeps the liquid out of the center chamber until a vacuum greater than that generated in the juice tank's air pocket by gravity is created by the user pulling up vapor... Or something kinda like that, lol.
I'm still a little fuzzy on whats happening with Dan's new design but I believe y'all. I'm sure if I had it in front of me built out of pvc pipe I'd be like, duh! I'm good at visualizing software processes but hardware takes work for me to 'get' sometimes!
Hey does this help visualize the bottom?
The juice is on the outside of the inner tube, and flows throught the inverted T up to the coil.
Now I have not drilled the air holes or the connector hole. But air comes from the battery connector direct to the coil and vapor goes up the inner tube (which will be stair stepped down to a smaller tube). The juice chamber will be sealed on top and filled from the bottom through a plugged hole (Might be a screw with o-ring). That way when it is inverted, there is no vacum until turned over. The neg air pressure stops the juice from flooding the T. If the fill hole was on top there would be no vacum to stop the equalization process Gummy was talking about.

Would it be possible to drill a hole on a 45 degree angle through the bottom cap tap it and thread it and use a screw with a small O-ring to use as the fill hole Dan ?

Hi Dan sounds like a venturi to me, juice on demand same as a dive regulator maybe?

Ok, I believe I understand now. The principle is similar to an upside-down bottle water dispenser? I'll restate my way....The suction from the user drawing on the mouthpiece assists air in getting into the sealed outer chamber which in turn allows the outer chamber liquid into the wicking area?
