LOL, it was the emachine Screenshots and Power Point!
I was a power point ranger in the Army LOL
Dan

You added the dimensions to the screen shot? I did see something out on their forum about it but didn't have time to register and read it. It is pretty simple to use - that was a good lead for us to play with... once again, thanks for that too.

See Dan's "Quick connectors" links in this post.

The nuts could be used in lieu of the homemade washers shown in the pictures.

They are in place of cutting apart cartos to make washers. Used with the springs and nails.

Correct.
Some people listed that they did not have any cartos to cannabilize so an alternate was found to use instead of the carto center post. They can be found at any Ace Hardware store in the small parts section.

Thank you! I was hoping I wasn't the only one who immediately thought of Power Rangers when he said that...

Thanks for the update Dan! Oh, I do have a question...What is the thickness of the metal that makes up the tube in the middle? Not the width of the tube, but the actual thickness of the wall...

I had thought about cutting a length of that tube out and welding it back together, to turn mine into a mini-Scubagenv3...

Dan, is there almost a month between the 2 parts delivery dates?

Apparently, I will keep on them and prod them to move faster. The bottom pieces have alot more drilling and milling that is required. I was originally shown 38 days to produce. But in the small print it states these are all tenative dates and can change.

I was thinking a out doing the same exact thing....

Wall thickness is .055" just under 1/16"

The price would most likely be proportionate to the finish time.

For $20 a piece I think I am willing to wait.

It would take most all of us many hours of lathe and drilling time. What is our time worth ?
