Are the 1.6mm nuts/washers used instead of springs or in tandem w/? Just curious, they were not on the original shopping list and I've glanced through so many threads lately I can't remember...
Dan great to meet you at Vapestock. I should have sit at your table between Classwife and Lambchop and when they won the raffle i could have picked their purse lol. I am so glad they won it 2 fine ladies. I know classwife and she is ok and loves mods and pretty mod orientated to handle all of this stuff. I am going to take lessons from her.

The nuts could be used in lieu of the homemade washers shown in the pictures.
They are in place of cutting apart cartos to make washers. Used with the springs and nails.
(Power Point Rangers....cute ! LOL !)
Aww..thanks cos ! I'll let you use it at the next meet ! (I made a cool chain attachment to a bracelet !)
(I can't get those files to open....)...and for me the linked ones all go to the same page.....
I have a real paper folder started for info.....I trust my hands for creating, but computer stuff can get me frustrated !
Dan, is there almost a month between the 2 parts delivery dates?
Thank you! I was hoping I wasn't the only one who immediately thought of Power Rangers when he said that...
Thanks for the update Dan! Oh, I do have a question...What is the thickness of the metal that makes up the tube in the middle? Not the width of the tube, but the actual thickness of the wall...
I had thought about cutting a length of that tube out and welding it back together, to turn mine into a mini-Scubagenv3...
I was thinking a out doing the same exact thing....
Apparently, I will keep on them and prod them to move faster. The bottom pieces have alot more drilling and milling that is required. I was originally shown 38 days to produce. But in the small print it states these are all tenative dates and can change.
