@ PKZ....the link I put up for the silicone is one that you can pick up from Lowes or Ace Hardware....which ever you have near by.....just FYI.

I figured I could pick it up locally. However, gas is expensive and I like getting stuff in the mail!
Some members may not be able to get out as easily as others, or may not have a vendor close enough to them that carry it. So, I figured I would provide a link to buy it online.
Or maybe I'm too damn lazy to get in my car and go buy some.
It's just so much easier to click a couple of buttons than it is to get ready to leave, get in my car, drive down to the store, fight traffic, find a parking spot, walk through the store looking for what I need, wait in line...
On top of all that, I end up coming home with ten other things that I didn't even go to the store to buy in the first place...

BTW! Don't forget about "Modumust Fever". I would end up spending half a day in a Home Depot or Wally World looking for all kinds of stuff to make a mod out of something.
Next thing you know I'll have to schedule an appointment with "Dear Gummy".

Got the poly tubing and O-rings today, Kanthal ordered so I'm set except the food grade silicone and I'm not exactly sure where that goes......Oh yeah, nuts to make washers....gotta look back to see where to get those

I also found the nuts at ace hardware. They are by the Pan head screws i believe. Im not quite sure that the drawer actually says it has nuts, but they were in there next to the screws. I have also seen a box that says micro on it by the pan head screws. Not sure if this helps but i figured i would try to help someone out.

When I found them at Ace, they were labeled 'Mini' on the drawer – on the top of shelf, I went by them 3 times before I noticed them. They had 2 drawers of mini metric and I believe they were labeled as Harris – which I think most of their stuff is. It may be best to ask for the small stuff. Sadly, Ace doesn’t list their hardware online.
Yea I actually asked when I went in and they said they didnt make them that small, blah blah blah. I showed them! lol

jeeze... the folks at my local are super helpful - you must've hit the guy that was arguing with his wife and girlfriend.

When I went to ace, they had some really small ones, but they listed in standard sizes.
Is there a standard equivalent to M1.6?
