Looks good,Dan! I like the part about not leaking when you lay it on its side.

Robert

Seems to be working as I hoped!

Side note I will have limited internet access from the 7th until the 22nd of July. Will be on holiday leave. So I will be in and out as I can.

Could you do a side by side comparison between the ScubagenV3 and the DSUv4? TH, Flavor, Capacity, Durability, Rebuild effort....

Oh and dimension drawing???? =]

Here is a side by side comparision of the three:

IMG_0477.jpg

Rating Worst (1), Best (10)

Scubagenv3
TH: 8
Flavor: 9
Capacity: 10ml
Durability: 9
Rebuild Effort:8
Vapor Production:8

DSUv3
TH: 4
Flavor: 8
Capacity: 3ml
Durability: 9
Rebuild Effort:6
Vapor Production:9

DSUv4
TH: 6
Flavor: 8
Capacity: 5ml
Durability: 9
Rebuild Effort:4
Vapor Production:6

DSU4 has vapor production problems due to reduced air flow problems which I need to work on. The draw is harder that the other two which I feel is hampering the vapor production. Also the rebuild effort is more difficult since I did not have room for spring connectors.
Will release specs sheet once I get it working properly.
Hope this helps,
Dan

I'm afraid to post pics of anything here anymore. but, here ya go.

Dude, I would have put the fill port on the top, you have room to put the screw with an o-ring on the top of the tank. It would look alot cleaner with out the screw in the side :)
But looks great!

do like I suggested and make the wick thicker and use a higher coil count/ higher voltage...it should keep wicking and the higher voltage will decrease the particle size...

But I agree with Dan...It looks great...and I like the side fill...that removes the need to open the top to fill...

I love those SS screws. Lord knows I got enough of um.

And It has a thick~ish wick and is running at 4.5v. Like I sad It is soooo close to Vape heaven. and would be thought so by anybody else.

Yes, it is a pain to get over the mesh. and the second you cut it ,, POOF,,,, it unravels,, all over the place.
But it works great.

Yeah I had fun with that! I used thin tape on the ends, slid the SS mesh into the center of the ceramic material, then wrapped the coil tight and then removed the tape. that way the coil holds the ceramic material in place.
I then slid it to either end of the SS wick and trimmed the excess.
Trial and error on that one.
