How about balloons, I inhaled some of that.... in a shop on Bourbon Street in NO. The guy told me it would have an effect on my physiology... and it did. It was a very slippery slope walking back into the street after that. :p

Of course that was when I was young and foolish, now I'm no longer that young.

And what about a Pez dispenser? They deliver a sugar "high" to little kids.

I would expect their arguments to veer away from the science somewhat - in fact, claim that the "real lack of science" is of "utmost concern". They will probably claim that their own study was "only a preliminary study and never meant to be a comprehensive and thorough clinical trial" They will use that to reinforce the need for classification as a "drug delivery device" in order that this technology be "thoroughly tested" before being given ANY "safety assurances." Then the remainder of their arguments I believe will focus on the "behavior" and how the "close similarity" to genuine tobacco smoking threatens to "resurrect, as it were" the acceptability of smoking, especially amongst our youth and that decades of anti-smoking education and Public Health promotion will be seriously undermined.

Yup, that's exactly what I expect to see!
