I thought that was a legal angle, but I'm no legal beagle.
I leave that stuff to my wife.
:)

lol well it is...but kinda different...in the here's the law versus here's all the previous cases that you all already decided on and how it pertains in this case..

doesn't much matter...soon Phi will be here to tell us how they were all wrong and we're doomed..how the myans were off in their calculations and the world is gonna end next week, the world is really flat, and the wheel was incorrectly engineered..

Oops, I think I posted in the wrong thread as well, but it's been one of those days!
I know everyone is probably feeling a little fatigue here, I know I have the symptoms!
Losing patience, now, is not the time but it sure creeps in.
I sincerely feel like I've let people down too, want to do more, but am restricted by 'things'.
I'll do all the praying I can this is going to work out as we wish it to.
Best of luck, all.

Excellent Briefs!

At the end of the day, either the FDA is going to get a black eye or (be very afraid) set a precedent giving them even more power and control over our lives via the FDCA.

If they get a black eye, they might consider placing a raw steak on it; some claim that is proper treatment. Oops, forget I said that; dare not give them justification to ban cows! lol

Too true, Moose! They would have to deem rib eye steaks a drug delivery device!!

It seems to me that the American promise of "individual rights and freedoms" has been replaced by "what is best for society as a whole". While that is not necessarily a bad way, it is not the American way.

Seatbelts can be dangerous. A friend of mine, who worked in a hospital emergency room, would not wear them, because of the burn victims she saw, who had been trapped in their vehicles by their seatbelts. Seatbelts may save some lives, but they also take some lives.

Dangerous or not, I don't want government telling me that I have to wear a seatbelt, and I don't want government telling me that I can't use an e-cigarette.

End of rant.

Or wearing a bicycle helmet.

This is a slippery little slope we've been sliding down for awhile now.
And it's getting steeper all the time.

Nicotine is no worse than caffeine, maybe they should try to ban coffee too.
As for the e-cig possibly being used to deliver other drugs, many items that we use can also be used for other and sometimes illegal purposes. Should straws be banned because they can be used to snort a certain drug? Should tobacco pipes be banned, because they can be used to smoke a certain drug?

I do see it as a slippery slope.

How about balloons, I inhaled some of that.... in a shop on Bourbon Street in NO. The guy told me it would have an effect on my physiology... and it did. It was a very slippery slope walking back into the street after that. :p

Of course that was when I was young and foolish, now I'm no longer that young.
