I vape indoors around my cat, and my mom -- who has COPD. Neither has a problem with it -- I'm quite sure that if it caused my mom a problem, I'd hear ALLLLLLLLLLLL about it. :D

With the cat... if the room was small and completely closed with zero ventilation, I wouldn't risk it; I vape high-PG, and PG is supposed to be bad for kitties. But in a normal home, with normal ventilation going on, I don't worry about it. I do tend to blow my vapor upwards, so it can mostly dissipate before it reaches her level, near the floor.

I have a cocktail, it's only the two of us, he's my buddy for certain. Birds have very sensitive little lungs. I do take reasonable precautions around him. I try not to vape directly in front of him, but he's usually perched on my shoulder. We've been together a long time, I haven't noticed any ill effects yet. Doesn't seem to affect him at all. I'd say a small bird is a pretty good test. Like I said, I try my best to steer him clear, but it's not always possible.
