Hey, every little step counts. I've been vaping for a few months now and I'm now 8 1/2 weeks cigarette free. I cut it back gradually until I was down to one cigarette a day and then quit from there. The cravings come from time to time, but they're not bad most of the time. I have actually told myself that if I really, really, REALLY want a real one then I can have one (I still have a pack at home) so when the cravings happen and they're stronger than usual I just tell myself to give it 10 minutes and if it is still bad then I can have a real cigarette. So far I've completely forgotten about wanting one by the time my 10 minutes is up so I'm still smoke free.

Good luck to you!

Congrats on taking the BIG step to quitting..*clap*
I smoked for over 30 years. I have COPD and HAD to quit. My daughter researched e-cigarettes and talked me into trying them. Both her and I have quit. Smoked my last analog about 4pm Nov 14th. Haven't touched one since. Haven't even had a craving for one. But I vape Atomic Fireball flavor. Yummy...
Stay with it ..I tell you its worth it.
