When a recipe calls for TA ( Tobacco Absolute ) it is referring to the diluted concentrate.
In other words, you take so many mls of PGA or PG, let's say 17mls. To it you add so many drops of the extract ( whatever the manufacturer's description call for ) say 12 drops and then add EM. This results in a bottle of TA that you add to your recipe per drop.
TA is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I use it in almost all of my tobacco recipes. Gives a mix that fresh cigarette smell, only in vape form that you taste.

Excuse my stupidity; but is the "Apple Cider Vinegar" something I get at the grocery store just like plain (distilled) vinegar or is it a flavoring you are buying from a vendor?

gee, I guess I better read my own posts better. Yes, Tobacco Extract & Absolute! (hence the T.E.A.)
So can I ask..... in 10ml of PG how many drops of TA ?
Also how many drops of TE in 10 ml of PG?

I've been having some success with 2 drops TE in 10 mL. Add 1/4 tsp EM and 1/4 tsp seedmans (optional) for scubabatdans awesome tobacco base.
I live in one of "those" states...I can get 151, but that's it... does it make a huge difference? Trying to make T.E.A.
Also, I just got some TA and TE, they are nearly tar-like...how do I make drops from this? Furthermore, on TFA they noted to not break down TE with alcohol...any reason they would say that?
The TE is insoluble in alcohol, it will remain in little globs and will not dissolve. Scubabatdan came up with the tobacco blend (alc) that TFA sells, it is just 2 drops of pure TA, 1/4 tsp (1 mL) EM crystals and PG,VG or PGA to total 10 mL. I have done the same with the TE, using pure VG as the solvent. I couldn't get the em to fully dissolve, but I heat it before using to dissolve most of the EM. I also added 1 mL of the seedmans commercial(also Scubabatdans idea) to the TE blend. I really like the TE blend it gives a nice earthiness to your tobacco mixes. I have been mixing it in more complex recipes at about 3%. I like the TA but I think I'll switch to pg/vg blend when I use up all of the alcohol mix I have. The TA is a bit drier in flavor. The two together seem to balance well. Don't over do it with these, and give them time to steep. TA and TE are standbys in my arsenal.

Where are you guys getting the tobacco extract from? I'm only finding Tobacco Absolute
I believe it is the same. from TFA "Tobacco absolute is a thick liquid that is extracted from tobacco leaves. "

Apparently I ordered the last of the TE from TPA...there was a warning that they were going to stop selling it for some reason (I think supply issues), but yeah I just went back there and it's not for sale and what was in my cart is now gone...I got 1 oz of TA (Pure) and 1 oz of TE to make Scubabatdan's original T.E.A. But it looks like maybe I shouldn't.

i extracted myself from Dominican cigar using express (3min microwave method) and add in my tobacco juice with 3-5 drop for 30ml and it taste quite strong for my juice. and also 1 drop apple cider vinegar every 5ml.
