sedansa diva gone missing?

Ordered the above e-cig on 6th of this month and have recieved nothing after 12 days of waiting !

Emailed sedansa about the problem but they have not responded to my last 2 emails so am getting worried.

Anyone else has problems with sedansa?

They're not the best responders but they've always come through for me. Had to chase them a lot.

Maybe next time try to order from a (smaller) reseller instead of from the main-plant in Belgium? With Sedansa that seems to work better for many, at least from what I read on the dutch boards.

It has now been 13 days and the item seems to have gone from belgium to germany and back again 8-o

I have emailed sedansa several times for a tracking number but only today after ringing there office and them putting the phone down 3 times did i finally get to find out that my diva had been on a europeen vacation.

Sedansa say they have not recieved the item back even though the tracker seems to say it was delivered back to them yesterday

The problem for me has been the lack of care from sedansa as they could have answered my emails and seen the item was having a few problems getting to me.

The person who answered my call stated that he would look into the problem and ring me back

Anyway dont let me put you off

same thing happened to me with the janty kissboxes i ordered...

they came to this country and went back again,and took a trip around europe...took 15 or 16 days to actually get to me....actually it might have been longer,im not sure...

when i returned them it took 4 or 5 days.

I've had exactly the same experience!!! Ordered on the 6th of August and still waiting! They did not reply to my emails either so i gave them a call 3 days ago and the told me that they will try to find out what went wrong with the delivery service provider as they have allready shipped it and email me! still they havent replied as you can imagine.

I sent them an email again yesterday morning to refund me if they cannot have it delivered my today!! Again still no reply!!!!!!
It is really frustrating i dont know what to do.

Suggestions anyone??

You need to keep ringing them until you get someone who speaks the lingo and find out whats happening.Try and get a tracking number from them.

I eventually got an email saying that my parcel has been reposted on 19-8-08 but that means nothing to me as i have now lost all faith in them!

Ted thanx for the advice. I just called again and after a firm talk about good business, I got the tracking number. It turns out they shipped it on time and it was the local(Cyprus) courier service's fault. I drove there and got it in person from the head offices.

Even though they shipped it on time I still cant find an excuse for them not replying to customers emails.

Anyway... I am really excited as this is my first e-cigarette I really hope its as good as I imagine it but I guess Ill find out in 4 hours when the battery is charged

I think mine has made it to uk and is being del to post office tommorow after 22 days, it had better be good.

If you need to send 'em back, the site has instructions, and a contact us box. They generally send out replacements without asking for return of the defective part, though.

Well i am officially amazed

The sedansa was worth the wait and is leagues ahead of my generic pen styles.

I only have to draw 20% as hard and the flavour in the carts is triple that of generics.

Just hope it stays that way.
