I have a mini v3 coming for him and a v5 coming for me. Also picked up a few 3.1 that arrived yesterday that I've been testing out, this SUPER tight draw I think might be right up his alley. All clones/styled, of course, as I am poor.

I'm poor too... ssshhh
Don't tell anyone.

I know bud. Time doesn't cease its silly antics. I know this will cause some uproar but i think that 28 yo is your prime (for men).
It seems to start gently going downhill after, from what ive seen.
Saying that, ive heard your 30s can be your best years because your not too young to be treated as a child but not too old for when things become relatively difficult compared to how they used to be.
My dad can no longer spring up from his knees without support. He clings to the tables and such. He's 60.
I think we generally support the ageing process nowadays,
I would suppose this is because of an ageing population.

I know... 'boo, hiss :nah:'

What thread is this again? Sorry, hello moderators.

I think age can be relative, depending upon what happens in your life. Your dad, he worked blue collar jobs, and/or was on his feet a lot in his work yes? Someone else, who perhaps did another type of work, ages slower. Blue collar usually (not always) ages faster, and harder, than white collar workers. The largest exception is a definite injury.

Reminds me of the days when my English teacher would use a red pencil to write SP next to any word I miss-spelled. It taught me to be more careful and quit losing 1/2 point off my papers for each one.

BTW, I do the same thing with my posts.
You guys sound like you only use pc's? So much work when I use them in my office! Much nicer using a tablet with a word suggesting keyboard, like SwiftKey.

Well, the site was running vBulletin software which kinda became a trainwreck and running unsupported software for years of time isn't the greatest idea with a site this large,
Uhm no, vBulletin is not "unsupported". I run my company's forum (~10,000 users and growing) on vBulletin 4.2, which is still patched and updated with some regularity. Of course most of the new There are other forums even larger than ECF that continue to use it as well. Then there are add-ons for vB that simply aren't available for XF. That said, if I were starting a new forum today, I would probably go with XF rather vB4, although I'd have to give vB5 a good look too.

Have you had him try little cheap clearos. I use t3s,h2's mt3's. I don't like very much air at all either. I rebuild the coils with premade wicks an wires from fasttech. Also I love all the little cheap clearos on fast tech. Got a rc200an rc400 I love. Always use a kanger coil in them thou.on a pico
With the A/F, the T3s is as good as most modern RTAs. Looks snokers on my Nanos..

In May/June of 2015 ECF was running its 15,000,000th post contest. So that roughly averages out to 1,875,000 posts per year up until that point.
Another 2,590,000ish have been added since that point, or roughly 1,300,000 per year if you make things nice and round.
So maybe things are down a half million posts per year, but I don't miss 'em.
I'm glad you gave this a good effort, but...
    :)

You're numbers include every year from the start of the forum.
Which includes many years where there weren't all that many folks here anyway.

If you were to look at, say, the last 5 years I think you would find a massive decline.
But I'm just speculating here, although it seems logical and matches my observations.

I hope this forum finds ways to stay relevant.
It's one of my favorite places in the whole world.
    :)

I dunno, my perception is that 3 years ago, it was still growing. However, I do believe the activity level is now in decline. The reasons are many: There simply aren't as many new vapers as there were a few years ago due, at least in part, to the FUD propaganda campaigns that have been waged by various governments. Then there's the fact that a number of popular vendor-sub forums have closed. Other venues have "stolen" people too; these include FB groups, Reddit, as well as other forums frequented by individuals who could not abide by the relatively strict rules here.

I hope this forum finds ways to stay relevant.

Agreed. Although I've only been here since late 2013, I'm well aware that this place has a history like no other.
