I don't understand what your pictures are trying to show, both look normal to me.
Are you using a stand alone charger to charge your cells?
The koas has unreliable on board charging. (charging cells inside device via usb cord)
The device isn't what one would call efficient & does struggle with power regulation.
Where did you buy the new batteries? ( samsung 30Q's)
You are asking each cell to regularly provide 60w which is right on the edge of what they can do reliably, pushing cells does decrease their useful life.
Add in inefficient power management & regulation = less than stellar quirky performance & battery life.
You can try 25a CDR cells which may help, if you regularly vape 120w +, might be best to find a 3 or 4 cell power device.
