If I went into a b&m and they told me NO whilst under warranty I would definitely destroy stuff.

I must not fear, fear is the mind killer.

What they told me was that they had already replaced it. When I bought the mod it stopped working the 2nd day, I returned it the 3rd day. They gave me a new one. Vapure is trying to say that my warranty was already used, as if it's a one time replacement. The first one was defective and the guy fixed it right in front of me. Since they are selling these mods with no case, no box, plastic or anything, just open box, I bet 100 dollars they sold mine as new later that same day because I hadn't put a mark on it. I also bet that the problem I'm having with my "new" one is because it was a returned item as well after somebody leaked juice all over the insides because when I clean the insides good with Isoprophyl and blow dry it then it works but eventually it seems to get the same problem again.

I would be asking to see their return policy on paper

Well I fixed it myself with water and Iso alcohol, and I'm not ever going to recommend vapure to anyone after this. My assumption that they are reselling returned mods has to be true. My first one wasn't even broke but they wanted to replace it even when I objected so I just thought they were trying to provide good service. I didn't know the scam until I tried to bring back the broken mod a few weeks later. They seem to believe that if you get a replacement there is no 3 month warranty anymore. That is what I was told. I had already been given a replacement, even though my mod wasn't even broken. Go away, you just don't take care of your gear, that was the vibe. It was my fault.

I'm an Electronics Engineer and hold several soldering certifications though. I didn't mention that, why should I when I have a warranty and am a customer? I always take care of my electronics and I had never put a scratch on the mod. It was flawless.

The thing is, my new mod never worked right either, they provide nothing wrapped or in a box, they just pull them out of a drawer. My "new" mod had issues firing from the beginning. Eventually it stopped working on 90% of button presses, they wouldn't take it back and the electronics are super glued inside so I can't pull them out to make an easy repair but after several Iso and boiling water baths the thing works perfect. I know this had to have been a returned item from somebody who leaked juice all over the insides, I'm sure the one I bought originally is out on the streets here with some unsuspecting buyer as well.

I'll never buy any juice from those clowns either. Vapure juice wasn't any good anyway.

Man, that is pretty bad. Can't say I blame you for that. I've never purchased a mod from a B&M store. Just online. Sad that you can trust online sellers from a different state more than you can trust somebody who lives in your area. I sent them an email asking them about this just to see their reponse. Hopefully people reading this will avoid this seller for this product.
