has anyone had their listings taken down on eBay? I was trying to sell some of my old gear in eBay but after 3 days had it removed by eBay since its a tobacco related product. I've definitely bought hardware on there before. Is this new

If you read their TOS they have a very specific anti e-cig policy. It's not new, but they do seem to be enforcing it a lot more lately.

Main issue seems to be it's almost random if your listings get pulled or not.

Just get 15 more posts and become verified here, we like e-cig stuff :D http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/announcements-news/283955-how-become-verified-member.html

They have a no tobacco no nicotine policy. If you notice most things say at the bottom, "This is not a tobacco product and contains no nicotine"

People in the USA really read to read those notices when eBay announces they have updated the TOS. It's more than that, and has been since last year. It now specifically says selling e-cig gear or anything that is part of an e-cigarette is prohibited - no nicotine required.

eBay's overall policy about this isn't anything new, it's just that they have become a lot more aggressive about enforcing it in the last six months.

And yet there are THOUSANDS of atomizers and drip tips up.
Kinda funny -
I wonder why they have such a problem with vaping gear?
I mean, you can buy knives that aren't legal to carry. You can buy Chloroform. What the heck?
