Ok, so I've been vaping off and on for about 3 days, and I really like it. I think I could actually lose the analogs, but I got this horrible cold. 8-o I'm not sure if it's from the PG i've been vaping or if it's just a cold, but i've decided not to use my PV anymore until i get over the cold. I've read somewhere that PG can cause problems and some poeple find relief with VG....but which suppliers are best to buy VG from?

I am also *very* new to this, but I've also realized that I don't care for PG. I placed an order with Vermont Vapor (vtvapor.com) just last night. I obviously can't speak for their quality yet, but I can say that I've already received an email notifying me that my order has shipped. I also like their full disclosure policy on posting the ingredients of all of their e-liquids right there on the site.

Your body is now only getting Nicotine and not all the other chemicals in cigarettes. It is also adjusting to vapor in place of smoke. I had the same reaction using PG, so I use VG. I also lowered my nic. We mostly use liquid that is PG based nicotine and cut with VG and then flavor. I like the Classic Juicy flavors from JuicyLiquid for DIY mixes. Sorry, kind of disjointed.

I recommend Vermont Vapor. It's VG, and the flavour's the best I've found.

I got pretty ill myself when I quit. Took about 2 weeks and it hit me and I was out for a week. My doc says it was from quitting smoking and he doesn't think it was related to e-cig. He had experience and knowledge of the device and recommended not using PG, but that's just for me. You should try VG if you think that will help.
