Seriously, it can't be this easy.

Cayenne, I still after 17 mos. have two full sealed cartons in my cupboard and only a post like this one reminds me I've still got them. Don't know why I don't toss them. They've got to be stale. Maybe a security blanket thing. Anyway, just because you have cigarettes left doesn't mean you have to smoke them. Maybe give a pack out to those who bum a cig or toss in a fire pit to thank the "vapor gods" for showing you the "way".......Hm-m-m-m-m :p

And people were giving me grief for the 12 left in the open pack in my freezer! Sheesh!

I call it my "no need to panic stash". :D Security blanket indeed! :thumb:

I've been smoking 45 cigs a day for 35 years, tried several times to quit with patches, gum, drugs, therapy/counceling.... with no luck. Got my starter kit yesterday morning, read the directions, put it together and haven't touched an analog in 36 hours. Actually have no desire to smoke. Doesn't sound like much but it really is a big deal.

Congrats on doing this great, wonderful thing for yourself. Yes, yes, it is easy. Tomorrow, January 1, 2015, makes One Year not smoking for me. Last New Year's day, I bought a cheap drugstore kit, which was enough to let me know that vaping would work for me. I quickly got better gear, and haven't smoked since.

I smoked a couple of packs a day for over 40 years, and never, ever thought I would quit - let alone quit with ease. Hooray for both of us! and Happy New Year, too!
