    Last month, I purchased one of the new KR808 Smart PCC kits. At the time, it was only available in kit form....I really wanted the super cool PCC.

    The kit was LOVELY, but there was a problem. One of the two battery posts didn't charge. By the time I discovered this, I had already used the batteries, but more importantly, most of the cartos. So, I wrote a note about the problem, and Sean said to just ship back the PCC itself and they would swap it out.

    I did that on Monday. Already...TODAY....I had a return package from Nhaler. I couldn't have been more happy. Wait! Strike that! YES I could be even more happy.....

    I opened it up to find a full new kit. This was seriously above and beyond. I have placed a few orders to date from NHaler, will continue to do so, and will highly recommend them to others.

    Thanks, guys! Your dedication to customer OVER-satisfaction has not gone unappreciated!!
