Don't OD on us keg, but enjoy it. Was that bottle labeled 20 or 22? You find the flavor to strong at that rate?

It was labeled at 22, I think the flavor is just about right, I might even want a lil more, but that's on my 6 watts, also the throat hit might be masking a bit of the flavor.

Trying out the apricot now, still not as good as the one I had before. But I also think a person should never judge until the carto is on its 2nd fill.

Maxi Roughstack 5 Volt Kit

Lol, I enjoy your delivery. Right now Apollo has 30% off all of their VTubes. It's just over $50 for an entire kit, shipped..

Just what Apollo calls their LavaTube..

Apollo VTube Kit

It checks out at $75, but when you enter the code: vtube30 it turns it into $52. Quite the deal..

That is good deal.

Maybe I get too wrapped up in numbers and math, but I see the 2.5amp limit on it, everything is bumping to 5amps. Im also confused, running the numbers of Hawk's set-up, he's running 20 watts... is that possible?

what resistance carto you run on your LT and what voltage?

In all honesty, it is a small amp limit. However, if you run a 3 ohm carto at 6v, that is still 12 watts at 2 amps. 2 ohm carto at 5v is 12.5 watts at 2.5 amps..you get the idea..If he is running DCCs, it doesn't actually add up to 20 watts..each coil is at 3 ohms, in parallel the cumulative resistance is rated at 1.5, because the power is split up between two coils. For a DCC the formula is W=V*2/R*2 or R+R. So at 6v, running a 1.5Ohm DCC it's 36/3=12 watts. You can easily achieve that with a VTube (LT). I run tobaccos, coffee, nutty liquids in a 2.5 or 3 ohm carto at anywhere from 5.4-6v and I think it is great. I will throw a fruit/sweet liquid in a 2 ohm carto and run it at anywhere between 3.9-4.5v. So don't let the 2.5 amp limit fool you..even though it is "overly safe" compared to what is out there, if you use it correctly you can still achieve a great vape.

Ah, grasshopper, you have enlightened me, so much you learn from you ECF Ultra Members

so, next question, I see that kit comes with at 18650 at 1600mah, its there anything preventing me from buying a 2000, 2600 or even 3000mah?

looks like Hawk fell asleep in front of the TV again, or he's across the street partying with his neighbors

Lol, it was probably F-Troop that did him in tonight..if he was still up he would have stopped by to call us .......s or shake his cane at us, at least.

1600 mah is really more than enough..that's 15-16 hours of use..but as long as the batteries are high drain (IMR) and flat top (nipple top will work, but the bottom cap won't sit completely flush with the unit), any mah will be fine. That only designates the amount of time to deplete the cells. They standardize the 1600 because of safety, but I have a pair of 1600, a pair of 3000 and a pair of what I will unveil in a moment. In all reality the AW IMR bats are highly recommended..but there is one battery that kills the (now) former battery champ..Enter the Panasonic CGR18650CH Panasonic CGR18650CH. These are bad ..., and at 2250 mah, it's more than enough to run you a couple of days.

Haha, well if we meet up next weekend, and I'm running..that won't be a good idea. But if not..I'll take an EW and diet, straight up! After that drink, I will then waive the tuition and hand you a diploma.

Lol, I can't stand the taste of regular soda..and (here it goes) I still watch my caloric intake, although it doesn't show right now, lol. If I end up having 3 or 4 drinks, why add the extra 400 calories?
