So I got all my DIY stuff from Wizard Labs yesterday. I didn't get time to mess with it yesterday. I finally got to break open the box tonight. I won't lie, even though I feel like I have no clue what I'm doing, I'm having a blast!! I just made a 5ml batch of apple cinnamon slam. I got the recipe from a guy on the Volcano forums. We'll see how it turns out, but so far it's fun!

Holy crap, I don't know what I did, but this is the first time since I started vaping that I've gotten light headed. The taste was alright, but I used green apple and I think a regular apple flavor would be better.
I usually vape 16-18mg. So I put 18 in the box for target nicotine strength, but wow. I feel like the first time I ever smoked a cigarette, except it tastes a whole lot better!!

Did you shake good after mixing? Using a carto or an atty? Could also depend on the previous quality of nic..WL has great quality nic

I shook the hell out of it! I just made up a 5ml bottle of Juicy Peach at 16mg and it's been good so far. Flavor needs a little tweaking, but not bad. I'll have to go back and try the apple cinnamon tomorrow.

The atty will give you a much cleaner flavor and more nic. I would guess that is to "blame" for the spike, lol. The peach I would let sit for a few days and try again before tweaking. IMO, peach is one of those flavors that need a bit of time to fully develop.

Speaking of cinnamon, I got a bit of cinnamon juice from a co worker....

Lol, sounds about right..I have one hot cinnamon liquid that I can only use in an atty..Ate through a tank (gave it a test) in about a day and night and through the gasket by that evening. Damn stuff is tricky!

That's too bad it is like that, love the flavor of it.
I'm going to try making a couple extract from herb teas I found. Think when I do it, I'm going to use a mil or 2 of vodka as some flavor come out more using alcohol as a solvent.

That nic buzz could be from new good nic, tasting and testing more than you realize you are, the atty (i nic OD on the phoenix when I break it out), or maybe the juice you've been buying isn't really at the advertised mg.
With all the cheap rba's out there you might benefit from going that direction. I've got more time logged on my $12 rebuildable than I ever got off of any atty, and I tried a bunch....even the "really good" ones.

You will have to let me know how that tea extracton fares. I have about a dozen kinds and could see myself vaping on a few. Heck, I may find myself some time and give it a go, myself..hmm
