Hey all,

I'm from SG and I've recently shipped a pack of coil heads from ft to a JB address, and I was worried that it may get confiscated due to the state ban. Since I was tracking my packages I got a bit confused that it was withheld by the MY customs but yet still delivered in the end. I've attached a pic of the tracking progress.

My question is: Is there a chance that subsequent orders may get confiscated?

@abh0r What you are doing is knowingly importing illegal items. This means that if you get caught (it's not a matter of "will I get caught" but rather "WHEN will I get caught") you will have to face the punishment (Maximum 10k SGD and maximum 6 months of prison)

If you have to ask us whether the subsequent order may get confiscated, I feel that you

1. Have not enough balls to face the punishment
2. Not enough resources to face the punishment.

Therefore, I would advise you to stop. Because this kind of thing is all about whether you heng/suay. You may escape today but whether you escape the next day, well... Only you can find out. So do it only if you are prepared to face the consequences. Cheers!

@abh0r

My mistake, I thought you were trying to ship to SG

Thanks @karedi

But I think my post still stands. The OP knew that the state bans vape gears, so he will just have to take the risk. I myself am not sure of the situation in Bolehland, so it really have to see heng/suay

Yup you're right @Karstine, he has to risk it. But the current state in Johor is quite ambiguous. And I think it depends on who or which company he's using.

Their ban only applies to walk-in shops.
Selling/buying online is still perfectly legal, as well as having in your possession and using (afaik including in public).
I see no reason for MY customs to confiscate any of these items whatsoever- merely to pay close attention to any massive orders to track it to possible underground shop.

Correct me if I'm wrong here.

I hear what Karstine is saying as it comes to the point where it will be brought to our sunny island - it's not any riskier than any other item brought across this border though.
