Shockingly Horrible Customer Service from Totally Wicked

I cannot believe the most horrid experience i had with customer service from this company. I had placed an order on the 14th July with the expected arrival date of the 16th. On the 19th (giving it some time) I called to inquire as to the status of my order. I was told id receive a call form the shipping manager. No one ever called. I called again on the 20th to inquire and was told id receive a call from the shipping manager because they were customer service there was nothing they could do. I then called on the 21. no one would help me. I callled today on the 22nd and was told there was nothing they would do to help locate my shipment. I wil never place another order with them again and i encourage you all to be ware of placing orders with them.

i have never seen their response nor can i find it anywhere cause they banned me from posting the facts of what they did to me.

nonetheless I respectfully disagree.

It is their responsibility. It is their choice and poor judgement to use that method of shipping and not offer an alternative.

I paid for these items to be safely shipped.

To be led on a wild goose chase for 5 days infuriated me more. If they were an upstanding outfit they'd have made any type of attempt to rectify the problem. they said in essence they care nothing bout their clients. I'm out over 60.00. i cant afford that.

as far as wildly posting allover the place that's ridiculous. I posted once in two forums on TW. not six times. when i was banned from there i posted once here. that is all.

i am quite disjointed at the less than welcoming treatment i received here. That is because people look to discredit me by posting lies.

Malletme, I have never ordered from them, but all my other regulars, Tasty Vapor, Ikenvape, LitecigsUSA, Libertyflights, RTD Vapor, SuperTmanufacturing, Avid Vapor etc all send or email invoices with tracking numbers and have excellent customer service. Liberty Flights even has a number to call and they track it for you and send a replacement if you do not get it in 10 days, no charge.

Every single vendor I've ever ordered from has provided a tracking number, even for First Class post. I'm sorry that you weren't able to get anyone to help you. Totally Wicked has been Totally dropping the ball lately and I know it's making some people very upset. I would see if you can get your money back by either sending TW an email or by contacting your bank or credit card company.

    Sorry to sound sceptical, but "shipping manager" .. ?? Really .. ??

    Don't be, I worked as the shipping manager at a small company before, it's basically a professional way to say "The guy that has the shipping system on his computer". I'm not saying that they're not full of ...., but there is such a position at many companies. And if they do have such a person he SHOULD be able to track your order in less than 2 minutes. If they didn't use a trackable method you might not know where it got lost but they will know when it went out.

    I agree with others here. I have always gotten a conformation email when I placed my order and when the order was shipped.

    I have never purchased anything from them so I don't know how quickly the usually ship. Really hope you get this resolved.

    Sorry about your problem - that sucks. If something is more than 2 weeks late then they should have to initiate a postal search for it. On the other hand, it could be a problem if your package goes through country/customs that don't like ecigs or nicotine sent by mail and the sending company could possibly get itself in trouble if they tried to track it.

    What country are you in (the mods want people to have that in their profile). If non-US try Liberty-Flights.co.uk - that is the vendor I would recommend. If you are in the US then there are lots of other vendors including Liberty-Flights.com (their US shop)

    Dormouse I was just going to mention that! I don't know where the OP is from, but possibly they're from the US and ordered from the UK site. Someone mentioned they accidently order from the LF UK site and it took a long time to get the order.

    This op has been a member for two years, and this is the only post from them?? Also the profile is blank, I think I'd look into this a little more before paying any real attention to it.

    Methinks there's a whiff of eau de troll about the OP.
    All suppliers drop the ball from time to time and mess up - but from what I hear of TW it's a rarity.
    I ordered from them at 6.30AM today - got an auto confirmation of order in less than 5 minutes and the shipping confirmation WITH tracking number by midday.

    Thank you for your reply. Yes they provided me with the tracking number which stated delivery was to be on 16 Jul. When I check now it has not been scanned past shipment. I fully understand things happen. My beef is their way of handling it or lack there of. This was a test order of over $60.00 in products. not huge but not small. They led me on with this "shipping manager" then said "go look for it yourself".

    I got the same thing. auto confirm and all. lets see if you get the package. as for the posting theres a first time for everything. as i said they obviously did not care to keep a customer. potentially large one.

    is it common practice to publicly attack someones character in these forums? Especially without the decency of finding out the whole story?
