Thanks, I am new to "forum decorum" I didnt mean to cause any waves here. I can even understand other peoples protectiveness in not wanting to bite the hand that feeds you. But i do sincerely thank you for your words :)

Would it really be better for the OP to just "get over it and move on?" I find it very hard to believe that this is a reasonable solution, given that TW has had a few complaints recently. There isn't anything in the forum rules saying that anyone is required to post and there certainly isn't anything saying that the first post can't be a complaint. The OP has every right to post this complaint without being attacked for either lurking for so long or for making his first post a complaint.

This sort of knee jerk response is exactly the reason why so many of us are afraid to post complaints or negative reviews against suppliers, juice and hardware.

I've been ordering from TW since around February. I honestly haven't had any problem with them.

The OP's post in the TW subforum has been removed, but as I recall, he posted the same complaint in mulitple forums. I also saw where their CS rep attempted to contact him off-forum, but apparently he was more interested in slamming TW.

I'm not about to get into an argument over this, I'm really very sorry the OP had such a bad experience, but from what I saw, TW tried to work with him, but he wouldn't work with them.

Flame me all you want (I have my asbestos suit on), but I just feel like the record should be set straight. And for what it's worth, I'm not affliated with TW in any way, I just hate to see only one side of a disagreement shouted out to the world.

BTW, I made 2 separate orders from TW earlier this evening, received confirmation within 5 minutes, and if past performance is any indication, I'll have a tracking number by tomorrow afternoon.

I don't follow the TW supplier sub-forum on this site or any other, so it isn't possible for me (or many others) to know that he had posted the same complaint in other areas. I trust you that this is indeed the case, however, my opinion of his being called a troll based on his first post here and that his profile is empty still stands. What if he hadn't posted elsewhere before coming here? It's wrong for us to assume that someone is troll based simply on those two things.

Thank you for bringing us the other side of the story. It's just a shame that it had to come to this before we actually knew.

This is understood.... but one should not be berated for having an issue with a vendor..... I shop on online alot, and I always depend on the customer review system for input....and ya know what....when theres three hundred reviews and it averages to a four out of five star gig, then unless I am looking for specific information, I always scroll thru all those four and five star reviews, looking for the one and two star ones to get the input I am looking for. What I mean is 90% say its great..... but what about those times when its not? Then I will make my buying decision.... So thank you for being that one star reviewer that I so crave when making a buying decission.

I cannot believe the most horrid experience i had with customer service from this company. I had placed an order on the 14th July with the expected arrival date of the 16th. On the 19th (giving it some time) I called to inquire as to the status of my order. I was told id receive a call form the shipping manager. No one ever called. I called again on the 20th to inquire and was told id receive a call from the shipping manager because they were customer service there was nothing they could do. I then called on the 21. no one would help me. I callled today on the 22nd and was told there was nothing they would do to help locate my shipment. I wil never place another order with them again and i encourage you all to be ware of placing orders with them.

I always worry about this with the increase of my vendor list. I had a package go from New York to Florida and then to Wisconsin.

Did they ever give you a tracking number? Sometimes you can find it on their website. Just log in and see what the status states (you probably did this already). Copy that in a e-mail then keep sending it to them.

If they never shipped your order you can dispute the charges. If they delivered it-then make them prove it by providing a tracking number.

Not arguing but Just to set the record straight... I did post the facts of what happened on both the tw US and UK forum. Both were immediately removed and i was banned...shut out. apparently they only accept positive experiences on their site.

I was never contacted by TW at all Nor has there been any type of effort on their part to help or reconcile.

I am out over 60.00 for now and dont have the resources to replace what i lost so easily. but thats is only part of it. aside from the resources i wasted in troubleshooting this issue with them.

btw where is ancientpuffer getting this inaccurate information from?

you're telling me the tw forums show here as well? ok....how ami i supposed to know that...and besides whats wrong with posting on two different (not multiple) forums.

Malletme.... TW is a registered supplier here at ECF.... registered suppliers have their own forums here on this site... in addition to whatever they may have on their own site. No you are not evil. Yes it is ok to post on two forums, especially since they are different websites anyway. Of course you would not have been persecuted for accolades ( except for maybe by me cause, like I said, I love those one star reviews }:)> )

As other people have experienced, I too received an immediate notification that the order was shipped with a tracking number.
but then it goes dead. when i track it i get response of tracking number issued 14 Jul and expected date of delivery 16 July.

nothing else

no statement of delivery nothing. tw will not lift finger to help or refund or reship

Did it even state it left TW or Florida?
In addition, they have a sub-forum here on ECF. Copy an paste your invoice without your name on their sub-forum. Maybe, just maybe the person will see it and help you out. If not, you can add them to the wall of shame!

Looks Like TW may have never actually sent products as they said.

Upon further investigations with USPS Inspector General and their local PO, this tracking number was created on a machine at TW.

Their local Post Office may have never received it because it was lost at TW.

Package never made it to a USPS Scanner

Why am I so upset bout this? Im a physically challenged person on a limited budget. I cant afford to purchase another $60+ order. I took buses on Fri in 110 degree weather. (i dont have a car) to get to post office myself to follow up. Post Office said call USPS Inspector General which I did.

Reporting my findings here. Any questions please send me a msg
