Should I Add or Remove a wick?

Hey guys.

I'm using Halo liquids and i guess they are thin juices and they are high in PG. I get really low vapor from these considering my other juices. So should i add or remove a wick for more vape? For high VG juices, i read that removing is better to stop dryhits. I dont get any dry hits with those but i get some gurgling and leakage from time to time.

Your talking about the flavor wicks that are on top of the coil, right? Try adding, sounds like your coil is getting over saturated, which will result in low vapor production, gurgling, and leaking.

Gurgling and leaking can be caused when your tank is below 1/4 full in bottom feeder tanks, or if it's over filled in top coil tanks.

Yes I'm talking about them. I will give it a try then.

And it leaks regardless of juice in the tank

people remove the flavor wick so that thick juices can travel to the atomizer faster. If you already think that your juice is thin, it will not serve you well to take out a wick.

Consider rebuilding your coils with rayon. You don't need the flavor wick and, for me anyway, rayon has eliminated all the issues you mentioned.

Buy a Nautilus Mini. With the BVC (bottom vertical coil) you will get all the flavor and vapor you want. For a less expensive solution, try the Kanger Evod or the Aspire CE5 clearo.

As a previous poster said, keep the tank full for high PG liquids. Removing the flavor wick will exacerbate the problem.
