Should I be concerned?

Ordered my first kit over the holidays. A Green Smoke starter, just cause I liked the idea of not having to muck around with juices. It shipped from Florida on December 28 with USPS and arrived in Mississauga with Canada Post on December 30. It has since then been showing through tracking as in Customs Clearance. As this is my first order I'm starting to be a tad concerned with the length of time waiting now. I've read other threads and know that delays can be long for us Canucks due to Customs and health Canada restrictions. Really hoping it doesn't get refused but the lack of any updated info from either Canada Post or USPS is starting to get me worried it will. Thoughts?

Does this maybe have something to do with only allowing 0 nic e-cigs in Canada?

Also, I am in a mail-order (medical) business and it generally takes 3-5 days to ship USPS to Canada, it's always Airmail.

Also, customs clearance for most packages under $200 is automated and no duty is assessed. It gets held up if the package is poorly marked as to it's contents or if it is labelled as containing a product that is restricted in the country.

(My experience comes from shipping medical garments internationally. We ship international to Canada, Pakistan, Israel, and the UK)

USPS has the worst tracking system ever too btw.

That's where my concern with the delay lies. I did in fact order carts with nic in them. Hoping they'd get through after reading of others that had been able to do so. It's quite frustrating. I will say although I have yet to receive anything from them, Green Smoke's customer service has been good. They let me know if I have yet to receive it 30 days from shipping they can either refund or reship.
