Should I try this tank?

I have tried the smoktech dct when i first started vaping and they are slidey!! If you use smoktech dual coil cartos with the flange then you might be ok.
I used this exact combination and i hated it. Couldn't get the cartos to work right and my tank was always sliding up.
I finally went with boge standard size (35mm) cartos and a J-tank.

The J-tank really holds on to the cartos well but it does cost a bit more than the smoktech tanks but still within a tight budget.
That's imo. Hope this helps.

I have a bunch of SmokTech 3.5 mL and 6 mL tanks like this that I used to use. They worked great for me using SmokTech dual coil cartomizers pre-punched with two holes. The small ones look really good on an eGo. The large ones look good on larger APVs. I upgraded to IBTanked Pyrex tanks so I don't use them much anymore, but I have no complaints. The polypropylene is very thin (yet durable) and holds more juice than the IBTanked Pyrex tanks (the glass is thicker).

Thanks for the input. This will be the first time I have ever used one and I wanted to make sure they were at least decent. If I find I like them then I will upgrade to IBtanked.

I got my mother vaping a little and so far I keep about 3 Kanger t3's filled up for her. Im checking out carto tanks cause I think she may like them better since the flavor is better and the draw not so airy in a cartomizer.

I use cartomizer tanks 99% of the time. I love the taste and having used them for a while I have no problems. I hope that they work out for you and you have a positive experience. I use them interchangeably on my eGos, SmokTech Bolt, and Provari. I believe that a cartomzer's longevity depends on its resistance, the juice, and how often they're used and in use. I get about three to six weeks of use and a fresh cartomizer always tastes best.

Ok i just noticed its smoktek not smoktech.

I'm confused now cause I've been over to smoktek here in st pete and had a brief chat with orion and was under the impression they are a vendor rather than a manufacturer.
Smoktek is indeed a vendor, who also happens to sell a lot of items made by the Chinese manufacturer Smoktech.

I looked at the link above for those tanks. I'm not certain whether I would recommend them. The vendor states that the material the tubes are made from is polyethylene plastic, and that they will be safe for use with all the e-liquid flavors. I'm not a complete authority on plastics, but I always thought that polyethylene was closer in composition to polycarbonate than polypropylene.

Polycarbonate is known to crack and melt when exposed to cinnamon and citrus flavors.
Polypropylene is immune to those flavors and is safe to use with them.
I honestly have not seen polyethylene listed as being used in tanks before.

Just my :2c:
