+1 And the two vendors I've had hardware issues with were quick to send replacements. I figure it's more of a hassle for them than me. They have to go back to the manufacturer and complain about selling them crap, risking their reputations.
I find that if you have a negative experience, it is best not to shout about it right away ... give the supplier a few days to make it right. If it is not made right, then by all means call them out publicly.
