Well, I'm no cloud chaser. I just let them float away. ( . . . .. if you love something, let it go, and whatnot. . . . . . . anyway, I know where to find more clouds when I need 'em.) However, I have taken to lung hitting. 
I'd been curious, nay eager, to see what I could get out of the RM2 for lung hitting; so I made a few modifications. Reason I'm posting is because I've stumbled upon a setup that works really well for me, and I thought I'd share in case anyone can glean something of value from it. I'm very happy with this setup, and would recommend it wholeheartedly. 
I should mention that my e-juice for lung hitting is simply whatever I've been vaping with traditional mouth hits, but cut 50/50 with straight VG. A lot of flavors (especially the heavy/intense ones) don't translate well to this style for me. I'd already been cutting flavored liquids with my DIY unflavored (50/50), as the MM wire is so flavor intensive; so, I've got 1/4 flavored, 1/4 unflavored and 1/2 straight VG.
Decided to stick with my preferred wikicoil for the RM2: that being a 3/4 wrap of Mundy's Magic on a cotton wick (KGD). ~0.4Ω.
Only two modifications here, really. One being the air hole and the other the drip tip (which would be none . . . . a nice 8.7mm bore will do nicely, thank you). I vape a pretty strong mix, so I don't chain vape. 2-3 hit bursts every 15-30 min. or so. The atty never gets hot.
Still loving the REO Grand. Thank you, Rob, for all your hard work and a truly great mod!

don't know if you can see this (but I assure you, it's true science ). I'm holding a full squeeze on the bottle. Juice is above the shorter screw. This little fellow's got a mouth full of juice. And yet, he does not drool. Interesting.
